You may export the contents of the database using File > Export. After you select this option, you will have the opportunity to customize the fields available within the export file. Select all the fields, then click on the Excel icon, and if you have Excel installed, the file should be opened automatically. Do the same, but choose Import next time you want to install the software.
The application is already available for Mac operating systems. With a Google Account, you can download and install it free of charge from the official web page. It is compatible with Mac OS X 10.6 or later.
